Our classic brownie infused with pieces of crystallised ginger. A heady sophisticated flavour with the luxurious warmth of natural ginger.
Try them warm with some quality vanilla ice cream for a lovely pudding. Also great with a dollop of crème fraiche - the slight acidity of the crème fraiche cuts through the rich Ginger Brownie for a heavenly pairing.
