DELIVERY & RETURNS

We always try to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible but please be aware that we only bake fresh upon receipt of your order so anything received after midnight on Wednesday may not be delivered by that weekend. Traybakes and Brownies are usually available after this time. We’ll email you directly if we can’t despatch promptly and offer an immediate refund if this causes you any problem.

Our delivery charges are:

Standard delivery is made using the Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service and will usually arrive the day after despatch.

• Up to 2kg - £5.25.

Larger orders (over 2kg) cost £8.95. These prices are for mainland UK. The Highlands and Islands may cost more. All orders received by 10am Monday to Wednesday will be despatched the following day.
