The lighter variety of our classic brownie using a mellower Belgian chocolate for a 'fudgy' flavour.
The chocolate in our Fudgy Brownie still packs a healthy 58% cocoa solids but it’s a gentler assault on the taste buds than the 74% original. We like to show our softer side from time to time so we substituted the coffee for vanilla extract to add smoothness and depth. This is the great all-round crowd pleaser.
